Was told product would ship in about 8 days... text mailed again and was told still on B/O and I asked for refund... dx.com prices are very competitive. Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 weeks, but that is to be expected for a given price (free shipment!).

I have received all but one of the ordered items. During the resolution process, customer service personnel was very friendly and dx.com has refunded my payment without any problems.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience - low prices, good customer service, good selection of goods.
