"Ordered a tablet for my son for Xmas and the item was never in stock. It showed 20 when I ordered but then it was out of stock for two months.
I ordered a helicopter for my son with stock showing as 8 I thought it be safe but it's been two weeks and get told its out of stock and should be in 7 days and delivery 21 days.
They buy the product after they get enough orders simple false advertising. "

Update: almost a month since this review, and a couple of messages with DX, they said on 6/30/2014:
"We have contacted the post office to speed up your package, maybe we have to wait 1 more week, ok?
We will give a solution if you finally haven't received the package."
Guess what their solution was... "we have to wait 1 more week to see, ok?"
3 months have already passed since purchase

"I've been a dx.com member for a few years, I find its shop really cheap and I usually got my orders in perfect condition.
Some time ago I didn't received a partial shipment, but when I reached the customer service, which work nice and fast, they asked me for resend or refund the order, and I got a refund so no worries.
The only drawback I found is the shipping time, which usually is bit too long, but it's for free anyway so that's fine by me."
"I ordered a car stand for my phone and waited for 5 weeks before i followed up, when i followed up they asked me to wait for one more week. i followed up again after 3 weeks and now they tell me that they have lost the product and are asking me if i would want a refund or they should resend it to me. The lead time would be 6 weeks again. I have asked for a refund but i'll have to wait and see how much time that would take."
"Excellent seller. I made more than 20 orders and in the 3 times were the package was lost, we always find a solution (resend or refund). It can sometime take quite long to arrive to France, but thanks to clients comments about products, I have always been satisified with what I got. Not the cheapest all the time, but I prefer ordering on DX most of the time asthey accept Paypal, which is reassuring. I can only recommend it."

"Been waiting for business 28 days since the shipment of my order. Sent in a ticket on June 5th, and the representatives did not respond to ticket since then. I've read their site about how orders should arrive at most 22 days after full shipment if there is no holidays. There is no holidays between the ship date (May 5th) and it already has been over 22 days."

One month after I had not received it and wrote to Dx. They said I should wait, maybe the parcel was stuck somewhere under a pile, or deleted.
I waited one more month and wrote again. I asked for a refunding. No answer. Then an answer that I should wait a few more days. Now we are June 10th. No answer at all from DX."
