"I ordered from DCCA May 15th 2010. Afterwards a close friend of mine thats a audio guru showed me this website. I then paniced. The website states the order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours and I havent rececieved a tracking number yet. I just sent them a email asking for my product to be shipped or a full refund so we will see how it goes....


UPDATE... Well I can say they respond very well to emails I get a respond within a few hours. I dont let other people reviews get me worked up but just a bit worried. But I emailed them and in a timely fashion I was emailed back and advised my order was tring to be pulled and was on back order. It has not been shipped yet but they ensured me it will. I am a paralegal at a law firm so I can take a little patience and understand back order because we do alot of case's for retail companies who customer default and the pursue them and the other way around, and trust we get several differnt senerios... We will see how this one goes so far so good...

"WARNING DONOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER....worst seller ever sended a money order by mail it takes about 3 days to recieve it . After a week contacted DCCA by email to see if they recieved my payment could not get an answer they would not comfirm always in circle. After almost 2 weeks and many emails i received a call from DCCA they told me that they have not recived my payment which don't believe. Almost a month after i placed my i decided to check the status of the money order i was told that the money orders were cashed but never was i contacted by DCCA to comfirm my payment. 3 days later i email them they could not comfirm .finaly the next day i recieve an email saying that my orders were shipped. GOT TWO TRACKING # BUT ONLY 1 WAS SHIPPED A WEEK LATER EMAIL THIS JOKERS TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 1 TO 2 DAYS FOR MY OTHER ORDER THAT WAS NEVER REALLY SHIPPED EVENTHO I HAD A TRACKING # . AFTER TWO DAY I EMAIL THEM AGAING AND GUEST WHAT AGAING TOLD 1 TO 2 DAYS TO BE SHIPP. THIS SO CALL BUSSINES DON'T CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS DON'T TRY TO CALL BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET THRU.............. Update after recieving a email on may 20 2010 with a tracking number saying the my order was shipped check with UPS on monday may 24 and they said no package was shipp . I then conctacted DCCA by email told 1-2 days on wednsday may 26 still nothing email DCCA and again told 1-2. Finally on friday once again email DCCA AGAIN TOLD 1-2 DAY . I told to send me a refund and guest what again told me 1-2 days for a refund. I SUGGEST TO THOSE WHO ARE MANY LIKE THAT HAVE PROBLEM WITH DCCA TO FILE A CONPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION . This guys should be put a of business this is nothing but a scam . Order a viper alarm on april 22 2010 and is now MAY 31 2010 and i have no alarm. I wonder now when would i get my refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this guys are liers,liersssssssssssssssssssssssssss 1 to 2 days how many times they going to say that?????? IS NOW JUNE 10 , 2010 I STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AFTER EMAILING DCCA SEVERAL TIME ASKING FOR A REFUND WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIME 1 TO 2 DAYS THEN 3 TO 4 OR 2 TO 4 ... AND NO REFUND YET THEN AFTER 2 WEEKS CONTACTED DCCA BY EMAIL ASKING WHERE IS MY REFUND TOLD THE THE ORDER HAS TO BE CANCEL...THIS IS A WAY FOR DCCA TO DELAY A REFUND IS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTH AND NO PRODUCT NO REFUND. IF I DON'T GET A REFUND BY WENSDAY JUNE 16 , 2010 I WILL ALSO BE FILING A IC3 FBI INTERNET COMPLAIN AGAINST DCCA. AND I RECOMEND EVERY BODY WHO HAS BEEN A VICTIM OF DCCA TO DO SO.... I HOPE THE SOMETHING COULD BE DONE AGAINST THIS THUGS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COULD STILL BE IN BUSINESS THE GOT BAD RATINGS EVERY WHERE....."

The worst ever - I had the same experience as everyone else here. They never shipped what I ordered, and promised that it was "1-2 business days" three times over three weeks before i decided to start filing complaints against them. This company ABSOLUTELY SUCKS - don't buy from them

"I placed and order on 09/21/2009 and it is now May 18 2010 and still have not received my order and was not able to cancel my order with them. I have my bank and lawyers looking into this issue I do believe that this guy is a big time fraud. I will also contact the proper authorities on this so they can try to put a stop to this guy. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company you will never receive your product and will just cause you more headaches."

"I would like to post this review about DCCA so that it is on record that I am currently waiting for a pending refund. I will reserve judgment until Wednesday 5/19/10 as that is the last day I will wait for my account to be credited the full amount of the two (2) orders I placed on 5/7 & 5/9/2010. It took three (3) days to play the email game to get the order canceled. On the fourth day I received two emails (one for each order) informing me that my orders were canceled and a refund had been issued to my bank. If the money is not there on Wednesday I will file fraud charges with my bank. I will not wait any longer than that for a refund. I shouldn't have to. I will also notify the BBB in Santa Ana CA. An update to this review will be posted when this transaction has been resolved to MY satisfaction, or as necessary when updates occur if needed (I hope they are not).

I have had only one bad experience in my thirteen years of on-line shopping until now. The other was on eBay. Luckily for me, I have met many people in my worldly travels and was fortunate enough to have made good friends with an agent of the FBI Internet Fraud Division. He will receive a call from me after I contact the afore mentioned entities named above. He was able to bring the eBay fraud incident to a very quick resolution and I'm sure he can do the same in the situation if warranted.

I urge anyone who has been a victim of internet fraud to contact his department. They really are there to help and the LOVE to put fraudulent companies out of business and their owners behind bars for long periods of time. Remember fraudulent companies only exist because no action is taken against them. Stand up for you rights as a consumer and do not relent in your pursuit to get what is rightfully yours! Complain to the right people, keep all documentation, and don't stop until your issue is resolved. It has worked for me and I can tell you that I have never let anyone rip me off without causing them more frustration and anguish than they have caused me. Additionally, it has always cost them money when they pick on me and that's when it really hurts them (I love that part!).

I hope I see my money in my account on Wednesday..........I'll let you know.

The truth is, DCCA and I haven't yet finished our business. I stated that would reserve judgment until things are finalized, and I will. Maybe whoever posted this reply to my review should read it more carefully. I made no reference to DCCA defrauding me, or anyone else, for that matter. I simply stated the facts of my transaction thus far. I offered my two cents worth of advice to anyone I thought it might help, unsolicited it's true, but my two cents none the less. I told the truth about my experience so far. I didn't lie. So, why all the hostility towards me? Besides, if DCCA upholds their claim of a prompt refund I fully intended to edit my posting with the positive results to inform all who read these reviews that everything went fine and that DCCA did what they said they would do. I fully intend to do just that even after DCCA has personally attacked me on this public forum and posted my name and location. Now who has "jumped the gun"? Your actions make you guilty of the very infraction of which you accuse me.

If you think about it, I guess any company with as many complaints and negative reviews as DCCA would tend to be on the defensive. Then again, any company who conducts business with integrity and honest business practices wouldn't have to defend themselves on a public forum. DCCA sent me an email after I posted this review. They asked me to edit the "fraud" and the comments about the FBI Internet Fraud Division. I don't understand why DCCA is concerned with the advice I offer in my post. According the claims made by their representative below they should have no issue with helping consumers get a fair shake when dealing with companies that do not hold themselves to as high a standard as DCCA made evident by their statistics posted below.

I stand behind my post and I fully intend to follow through with all of my intentions if the terms stated by DCCA regarding this transaction do not come to fruition. When it is resolved I will post the results here as I stated earlier in this review, whatever the outcome.

The ball is in your court DCCA. How will you proceed?

I am very pleased to report that DCCA has honored their commitment to refund the full amount of the two orders I placed to their company. I very much appreciate the swift action taken by this company to get this transaction resolved. Thank you, Simon, Nathan, or whoever was responsible for getting it done.

I would like to add that my comments and statements in my original post were in no way intended as threats of action. I was simply stating the sequence of events that I intended to initiate in an effort to recover my funds. I am so pleased that it did not come to that.

I hope that the process that DCCA has demonstrated to resolve my transaction is a sign that they are committed to being the company that their quoted statistics claim they are. If this is the case. I have no doubt that DCCA will be a successful online retailer. I wish them all the best in their efforts to do so.

"I ordered a Vipor alarm system and like all the others I got SCREWED! The company didn't hesitate to get all my information and take my money right away, yet for a week I didn't receive any info about my alarm system. Than I called the company sales and customer service phones with two different phone lines. I was on hold for ONE HOUR! on BOTH phones! and know one answered the phones. I tried this method for about a week and than reached them by email. The person that contacted me back by email did not give his/her name and just left me with a tracking # that was bogus. The ups tracking # said "billing information received". I called ups and they said that the company had not send the package. I tried emailing DCCA back and tried to cancel my order after waiting three weeks and they have avoided all questions and still haven't returned my money or send me my package. THIS IS A SCAM! Do not purchase from this company!
Update:5/14/10 I was contacted by Nathan, a manager at the company and I was told that my product was going to be shipped asap as early as next week Tuesday with overnight shipping and an additional discount from corporate to make up for the delay and this would only occur if I took this comment down...lets see what happens.
Update: 5/19/10 I was promised a phone call from Nathan on 5/18/10 Tuesday regarding my package delivery and overnight shipment. Again it was a bunch of bull! These people are liars and are trying to pass the 30 day compliant rule with banks. I say to all that are waiting, to contact your banks and stop the process and the fraud from occurring to you before its too late.
Update: I called my bank and the bank said they would ask DCCA to provide proof that my item was shipped after 30 days which obviously DCCA can not due, because I didn't receive anything. After that 30 day period the bank provides me with the credit that I spent.{THANK GOD} WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. THIS MERCHANT IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL>>>

"Update: DCCA has refunded my money and worked with me to resolve this. The refund came timely after I spoke with them and my order was canceled correctly. I am satisfied with the service. Thank you for working with me.

Update: Shortly after I filed a claim with the bank, I was contacted by DCCA and they are working with me to get my order cancelled and refunded. I've received confirmation that the refund has been processed, I will wait the specified the 3-7 business days it could take and then I will update and edit the post.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My experience like most others on here has been terrible. They are extremely unresponsive...the products are always 2 days from shipping out and they do not process refunds from what I can tell.

I filed a claim with my bank in order to get my money back, which was the only way I saw to get it back from them.

I should have read reviews before buying...I learned that lesson!

"I ordered a Rockford sub and box from Dealer Cost Car Audio recently and after reading some of these negative reviews i am thinking if maybe i made a mistake... If this company does to me what they seemed to do with others, i will be on here and ALL forums posting the negative also! "THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.I ORDERED A CAR ALARM 4/12/10 AND AFTER 10 DAYS OF NO RESPONDENCE I EMAILED AND THEY EMAILED BACK SAYING HE IS STILL WAITING FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. "I have sat on hold with DCCA for more than an hour 3 times and have never talked to a human. In addition- every time I email its just "it will come in soon." I placed my order on April 28th and still have no tracking number. I told them to either call me, ship it, or refund my money. Will return to update upon one of the three happening.

Dont waste your time, life is too short.
