"This whole place is a scam. They had no problem taking my money right away, $409.97. They sent 2 broken subwoofers and never sent the amplifier. I have spent hours wasted on hold while waiting to talk to someone. When I do talk to someone, they offer me something else because my product is on back order. They promise it's going to be shipped right out and nothing still weeks later. I am going to complain anywhere I can about this until I get my money back. FRAUDS!!!!!!! "

Never recieved shipping number for product and have recieved extremly vague emails. I was told that a refund was processed for me, but I don't believe this business. I filed a police report and filed a claim with my bank. If I don't recieve my refund by Thursday of this week, I will be starting a class action lawsuit against this business. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! On 4/7/2010 I purchased a JL Audio HD900/5 Amplifier from DCCA for $759.00 shipping included. I never heard back from them. On 4/18/2010 I sent them an email stating:"When is my order going to ship? You have had my payment for 10 days already." They immediately responded with:"We expect within a few more days. Just waiting for the HD900/5 to be transferred back from JL Audio." Then I sent them an email stating:"Back from JL Audio? Is this a refurbished product?" They immediately got back to me saying:"All our items are 100% brand new. The HD900/5 have been in quite limited production from JL Audio. We ship them the second JL Audio provides them back in. We would never, and have never sold something refurbished as new." I did some research. I went to JL Audio's website and found that DCCA was NOT an authorized dealer. I went to a place locally who is an authorized and recommended JL Dealer and they offered to match the price. I emailed DCCA back on 4/18/2010 stating that I wanted to cancel my order and my money refunded. They emailed me back stating:"If it is not shipped Monday, it will definitely be eligible for cancellation. Please touch base when we reopen Monday, and we can arrange a cancellation if you want us to stop this order." I emailed them back telling them I wanted it cancelled anyway. I went to the website and followed DCCA's cancellation procedure. They responded with:"We have succesfully cancelled your pending order, and we have refunded your payment in full. Refund's take anywhere from 3-7 business days to process back to your card depending on the bank, sometimes longer, and there is no further action needed on your part. There is no need to contact your bank for a dispute or refund as it has already been resolved at our end, and this can lengthen the process. Your Refund Confirmation # is ***-***-****." Now its 5/5/2010 and I still don't have the money in my account yet. If I don't receive it in the next day I will have to further escalate my actions and get the authorities involved and my aunt, who is a local lawyer in the area of DCCA. I will expose them for the FRAUD that they are. I will remove my review IF MY MONEY IS RETURNED."
"What a scam. I only found these reviews after I had already ordered. Foolish of me to not check on an internet business that doesn't accept paypal. The feeling of possibly losing over four hundred dollars is not a good one. Anyway I gave them a chance to come threw. After not hearing anything in over a week I contacted them. They told me that it would be more time. I then told them I would like to cancel my order for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer. They quickly changed there story to say that my items would be shipped the next day. That's funny they go from not having it to shipping it the next day. Ha. I then told them that they had till 5 P.M. the next day to provide me with a tracking number. Needless to say the number never came and so I asked them for a refund. They told me they would do that and that it would take 3 to 7 business days. Well 9 business days later I didn't have my money. So I again contacted them. They tell me that my items are going to be shipped soon and that the order was never canceled. That I would have to take a few steps to cancel it. So I did do that and they told me 1 to 2 days max for a refund. Ha. 4 days later and no refund. I decided that I had enough of the run around they were giving me and who knows how many other people. An I went to my bank with the copies of my emails in hand and filed for internet fraud against them. An wow what do you know, my bank gave me my money with in 2 business days. Do yourself a favor unless you want to deal with this kind of head ache and stay far away from this company.

"i ordered a mtx te1500.1 amp on the 29 of april.... well on the 30th of april they had already takin my money out of my account... well by the 5th of may i still hadnt recieved a tracking number so i cancelled my order.... well it is now the 10 of may and i still havent recieved my money back.... this company needs to stop screwing people over.... well anyways if i dont get my money back by the 14th im filing a dispute...."
"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! So i ordered a viper car alarm from these guys on March 17th 2010 because i read some good reviews online about them, now i regret it. Seems like they have their friends write good reviews about the company to make them "legit". Today is May 1st 2010 and still no alarm, but it's not a surprise. They basically tried to stall me from the day i ordered it until this very day. Funny thing is that they never emailed me at all for anything regarding my order, even when supposedly my alarm was on back order because viper ran out of the alarm i wanted. I also never received a tracking number until i emailed them and they finally gave me one a day later.
that tracking number is faulty because it still says on the UPS website "Billing Information Received". So for the past 2 weeks i emailed them back and forth asking them to cancel my order and give me my full refund back, since i gave them more then a month to take care of this issue. I received a email yesterday telling me that my order is going to ship in 1-2 business days, just like the past few emails i received from them saying the exact same thing. They basically ignored what i wanted and gave me another BS excuse. Now i am still waiting for a response from them regarding my cancellation and full refund. Once again please don't make a big mistake like i did and buy something from this place they will screw you over."
"On 2-26-10, I ordered a Sony car stereo head unit for $159.99 and was given order #52327, since orders over $99 recieved free shipping, this seemed to be a good deal. Four days later, 3-2-10, before the order shipped, they took the money from my account.After seven days, they sent me and update on 3-9-10 saying my order number had been "upgraded to a status of shipped" and that tracking would be had in 24 hours not so, I called on 3-15-10 and after a very long wait talked to Chris and he assured me that the order would go out that day, IT DID NOT. I canceled the order on 3-22-10, the next day they said that it was finally in and could they ship it now, I told them NO, then they asked for a reason and said that it could only refund my card. Then on 3-25-10 they said we are "trying to pull the order", which means that they shipped it after I canceled the order.They said it "shipps automatically sometimes", and when it arrives contact them for a return authorization. On 3-30-10 I had no response asked about the refund again by e-mail, and they sent a UPS tracking chart. On 4-1-10 they sent me a e-mail link to fill out for a refund, so I did for the second time, giving them a reason for refund, my order number and the card info to refund it to, and they asked again on 4-2-10 if they could ship today would it work, I said NO. On 4-3-10 they sent me a e-mail saying "refund provided". On 4-14-10 I still had not recieved my refund and I e-mailed them again and they answered the same day "1-2 days", and on 4-19-10 I asked again and they said that "i should see it hit my account shortly". On 4-23-10 they said "the refund was submited on 4-3-10 and I should see it shortly". A LIE! I emailed tnem again on 4-30-10, and their reply "1-2 business days" again. As of this date, MAY 1,2010, 64 days after this began, I still have not recieved my refund of $159.99 and only get the run around. I have told everyone I know that does business online not to deal with "dealer cost car audio". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. "
"I got ripped off on 10/15/09. Order 42256 for one HCCA-15.2 Orion subwoofer. DCCA never shipped me anything and now they are ignoring me.
