"This company is absolutely terrible. Timeline of ridiculous customer service goes as follows: Order placed 33 days ago, 8 days later i check on order and am told "expect to ship in a few days or less", 11 days after that I contact again and am told "2-3 business days", 7 days later I am told "it can ship by Wednesday" which was on monday, so then 4 days ago on thursday I ask about it and say just waiting on tracking and for it to process out". Obviously liars, and take your money wayyyy before they have your product. I will be filing a lawsuit against them if this situation is not completely resolved within the week. Terrible company, but I will resolve this whether I get my money back, file legal action, or receive my products."
"Same story as everyone else. If you don't have a tracking number by the 9th day, just go to your bank and file a fraud claim. You'll have your money back in 24 hours. Just keep all your emails to be able to submit to the bank. I ordered on March 21st, contacted them about 8 times, they kept putting me off with the same BS, I went to my bank on April 2nd, and had my money back later that day. They don't have a phone, it's just an outgoing message and they only return emails at a certain time of the day. I give it to them, it would be a pretty good scam if the were smarter. I kind of wanted them to jerk me around some more, so I could make a few phone calls to get to the bottom of everything, but I got my money back. Therefore, that's the end of it."
"This Company is a complete joke. They confirmed my sons order on March 11th and immediately debited his card. When I contacted them 10 to 12 days later they said that one of the items was not in but would be in and ready to ship later in the week. Now April 3rd and the order stil has not shipped. Not sure how a company can stay in business with this kind of service.Better to pay twice as much and get quality product from a honest company.

Currently waiting on a refund, canceled my order on the 26th of april, was told 3-7 business days to get a refund. I emailed after the 3-7 days and was told 2-3 days max, now it is now the 13th of May its been 14 business days with nothing. Will be visiting my bank this weekend to do a charge back!

I have PLACED my order on 2/27/10 money was TAKEN out of my account on 3/2/10. Waited the grace period of 7 days for an email on the status on my order and received nothing! emailed them to check on my orders status and was told my "items" were "SPECIAL ORDER" and they were SUPPOSEDLY expecting them in that week! So i emailed them later that week and I waited for NOTHING! asked a second time and was given another ETA date with no progress I was fed yet another LIE! Asked a 3rd time and got the same thing! NOTHING BUT USELESS LIES ON AN ETA! asked once more and was told they could get a "100% FIRM DATE MONDAY!" WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THIS PASS MONDAY OR YESTERDAY 3/29/10 and long and behold NOTHING! what part of 100% FIRM is the truth? shouldnt it reassuring? its nothing but lies! They gave me their famous line of "COULD YOU GIVE US MORE TIME" which I no longer HAVE TIME! I've given a months worth of time to complete my order! and have "ALREADY PAID" for it! so now I am the one giving dates! giving dates for a REFUND! SET DATES! NO KIDDING AROUND! and if those dates arent met I will be go up the chain with the "BBB" and all the authorities!

After a week without contact and any information regarding the status of processing, or shipping information, I send an email. Reply back says "We will be calling shortly."
Sure enough, they called within a few minutes later, however i was away from the phone, and it came in as an Unknown (blocked) number. I tried calling back via the # on their email. Sat on hold for 30 minutes, nothing. Then i decide to write a bad review, and start the dispute process. 5 Minutes after writing the review, i get a call from them, willing to offer me a refund, and finally telling the reason for the back order, and the delays.
If only they had done this a day or two after purchasing my product, they would have kept my business. I asked for the refund, and will update this review if it goes through within the 2-3 business days, they claimed it would.

We'll April 2 and April 6 have come and gone. All I have received from DCCA is more lies and BS. They updated my order status to shipped and created a fake UPS shipiing order. The reason I say fake is I should receive 3 packages and it only shows 2. The shipping weight shows 4lbs and my enclosure weighs 116lbs alone. When I sent an email about it, they're reply was "What do you want us to do? The DS12L74 is still not in." They lied and said that it was in a shipped status knowing darn well that it hadn't. MORE LIES AND BS!! I want waht I have paid for. I don't advise anyone that values their hard earned money to spend it with this company. They are liars and frauds. They say yhat I can cancell and receive a refund...HA If I can't trust them to shup my merchandise how can I expect them to refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I hace contacted the LA Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney Generals Office. I copied all of these reviews and complaints along with the numerous E-LIES I mean E-Mails that went back and forth between DCCA and myself. They have found them to be very interesting. "Horrible consumer experience! I ordered on March 7th, 2010 and finally had it cancelled on March 25th,2010 as I still didn't have any shipping info. They make no effort at all to call or e-mail you to let you know what is going on unless you send an e-mail asking them to do so. In response to DCCA: I stayed in constant contact with my bank make calls almost every day. The have assured me that they only received a refund request on 3/22, that’s two weeks after you say you did. It then took the 3 to 5 days to post and posted on the 25th. I stand by my compliant with every agency I’ve been in contact with. Also to let you know how it should be done: I reordered the product from another dealer on 3/25 got a tracking number the next day and it is out for delivery today 3/29. AGAIN I WOULD ENCOURGE EVERYONE TO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone, ever. There was no indication on the site at all that the item I ordered was out of stock and a special order, and of course they never bothered to let me know there would be a delay. In their brief email responses, gave no clear idea of when my item would ship.
I asked for a refund after weeks of waiting. They were resistant, asking me to wait even longer, but of course could not tell me how long. I did the refund anyway.
Their refund process is ridiculous. First, I ma told via email to send an email to one address, which got me a link to a page telling me to send an email to another address with my order info in it. Shouldn't they have that on file already? And why the run around?
It's been 11 business days from when I asked for the refund. They said it would take 3-7 to process. At this point I am initiating a charge back. I should be have been enjoying my subwoofer for weeks, not dealing with this nonsense."
