"SCAM. Same exact story as everyone else. They take your money and claim the product is on backorder for weeks. Then they stop returning emails/calls. You cannot get a person on the phone when you call. I sent 24 emails over the course of a month. $498 scam. I called my bank and they are investigating. This is a HUGE weakness in online retail shopping (who do you trust?). Look at their website - Looks legit. Even have "Secure", "Authorized Merchant" ITS ALL A LIE."

Seek other sources.
Edit: Any order canceled within the 60 days that a credit card dispute can be lodged is a "premature" cancellation."
"I ordered a viper 5901 car alarm system from them on 2/15/10, not because of price but because they offered a free stock wiring diagram. I decided to cancel my order so I called and got staight through to customer services which I wasn't expecting according to earlier reviews. They have also been quick to respond to emails which is excellent. Again I just want to say that their customer service has been outstanding. I recieved my refund within 3 days. I don't understand all these negitive reviews because they were quick to respond to questions and made cancelling my order easy. Don't be so quick to judge this company based on these negitive reveiws. "

"You know it's bad when your Co. phone number, when called repeats over and over that their not going to answer. I have called at least 6 to 8 times to just add something to my order, it wasn't until I came across this review site that it hit me that i had been taken. I have already called my CC Co. and they told me they would not charge me, and that Dealer Cost Car Audio would have to refund the money to my card. This is what I get for FREE shipping????? It's true... nothing in life is free anymore... Guys like this are either way over their heads or are just taking people for a ride. It's ok... Life has a way of catching up with you.... "Run from this company...placed 2 orders on the same day...one finally came after several weeks of complaining...the other i canceled after a few weeks of emails saying my order will ship next week finally they told me its an issue with the manufacturer...Naw its an issue with DCCA...i asked for them to cancel my order and they sent a quick email saying "NO PROBLEM" yeah ok...they said i should received my funds ($498.00) back to my credit card within 3 to 7 business days...that was on the February 1st...only deal with this company if you want stress in your life...taking proper actions now..."

I bought a pair of speakers and a sub on Dec/20/2009 we are in Feb/14/2010 and still not received my stuff. not even for a moment consider buying from DCCA, they are liars! after a minimum 40 e-mail `s and many hours on the phone waiting, trying to talk with them to resolve (they never answer the phone never!) "I ordered two items from DCCA.
The first was on 01-18-10. I hadn't received a shipping # and I needed another item quick, so I ordered it on the 28th and told them to ship both of them together. Robert told me 2-3 business days we expect it to leave. They charged my card the same day each order was placed. I canceled both orders 2/2/10.
update:
They called me for an explanation and finally gave my money back on 2/18/10. I didn't have to go through my bank. Just took them way too long to credit my card.
