"I ordered speakers for my boat on Oct 10th and never received them. After a month of getting the run around I told them to cancel the order and refund my money.
UPDATE: I never did get the speaker I ordered, but I'm not sure it was really their fault. They did offer a substitute speaker, but unfortunately they wouldn't work for what I was doing. After that they did cancel the order and refund my money. I guess when you order from them they need to get the merchandise from the manufacturer and that may not always be that easy. It may be worth a phone call before you order something to check the availability."
"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! I should have stayed away after I read all the bad reviews, but I still gave it a try. My mistake. I ordered the item on 10/29/2009. 2 weeks later I called them to see what's going on with my order. I got some BS story that it was backordered first but now it's at the warehouse, and because of the large volume the warehouse was backed up. He assured me that it was going to be shipped out in the coming days. At that point my credit card hadn't been charged. He also told me that they wouldn't charge my card until the item was ready to ship. Well, that was 2 weeks ago. I just noticed that they charged my card the following day but never shipped anything. Now waiting for my refund. STAY AWAY!!! THEY MAY HAVE GOOD PRICES BUT NO PRODUCT TO BACK IT UP!!!! THEY MAY HAVE 5000 ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE, BUT I BET THEY DON'T HAVE MORE THAN 200 ITEMS THAT ARE ACTUALLY IN STOCK

I understand that items are and get backordered, which usually is not the sellers fault. But looking at all the negative reviews DCCA has, I have to say: You guys have an awful lot of backorders!!!
Then to state that your timeframe did not meet mine is a bit of a farce. I gave you 2 weeks before I called the first time and was told the item had arrived in your warehouse. But it would take a couple days until the warehouse was caught up with all the shipments. Okay, I can live with that, IF it were the truth. But 2 weeks later the item was still backordered. So what exactly would be meeting your timeframe be? If I was willing to wait 3 month?? And I especially don't appreciate being lied too!!
BTW, I contacted Stinger (the manufacturer of the item I ordered). They have plenty of stock of this item. So I don't get why it would be backordered!!

"When I placed my order back in August they shipped my first item in about a week. After that I placed two more orders consecutively and haven't heard a peep out of them since. If you haven't received your item in a week you never will. Do not try to bargain with them, it's a time stall to take you over the time limit. It's very important that you go to your credit card company and file a complaint right away! Going to the BBB is the most useless waste of time. All they do is say sucks to be you and close the case. "I placed multiple orders at different places and this is the worse one. Customer service is not helpful, I called and they said to email, they responded very slow and don't keep their promise. I finally had to cancel the order and reorder at a better online store. DONT SHOP AT THIS PLACE"
"Don't waste your time with these guys. After seven business days they could not give an estimate of when the order would ship. Hold times are 30 mins to an hour+. They do reply to emails but only with vague information. They are clueless. Check other reviews...they are full of similar stories to this one. I should have researched better.
After telling them I didn't want to wait any longer, they did agree to a full refund. (yes, they charged my account a couple days after placing the order). I'll update this when the refund actually credits back to my account.

After 69 days!!!
On 18/11/2009 was negotiated that the order would be sent to a friend in Orlando, it arrived on 24/11/2009 via UPS (ground).
After opening the package, universal mounting bracket was used, some risks on the chassis, the panel with 2 small risk and without the protective film.
That is, paid for a NEW radio, and received a used or refurbished.
After all elapsed time, with countless problems, I decided to send the radio to my home here in Brazil, via USPS(Express Mail International) is traceable.
To date, paid for by DCCA a new radio plus cost of shipping to Brazil, I am paying again for sending my friend in Ortlando to Brazil for a radio used or refurbished.
This is just a testimony of my dissatisfaction, each one has its conclusion.
PS: the shipment via USPS(Priority Mail International) was not traceable 9/30/2009, no news.

After weeks of emails saying the item will ship shortly I finally told them I am going to cancel the order if I dont see my order in transit. **UPDATE** Have not received a refund 10 days after I cancelled my order. Emailed today asking for an update.
