"This company really2 make me mad, i've been waiting for my money back for 3 weeks and i didn't get it yet, i've been waiting for my cancellatioon for 2 months it never happen, i've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks, never happen. Just dont by from them, they are 2 clowns sitting at home running the company, believe me, they're been playing with emailing you stupid comment, make you angry. If i dont get my money back, see what happen. i will updated you with the truth next week."

"I ordered a head unit and a wiring harness for my BMW on October 11th. Their website guranteed that my order would ship within 7 days. It did not ship so I emailed them about my order, they told me it was backordered but they never gave me anykind of date when I can expect it to be shipped. I kept getting the runaround by someone named Robert. THREE TIMES they told it would ship out by three different Fridays. It still had yet to ship so I canceled my order and have still not received a confirmation regarding the cancelation. These guys at dealercostcaraudio are scamers and even charged my credit card before the item shipped!!! I don't know of any online store that charges a credit card before the item(s) have been shipped. Please do not buy from these people!!!!!

Update: I emailed them and told them to cancel my order. And you know what they emailed me back "This is as backorder, not a "scam". On typically stocked merchandise, the card is charged automatically. What do you want us to do in a situation like this?" Uh how about cancel my order like I requested three times already!!!

"This unit was ordered on the 13 of Oct, I called to make sure it was in stock, they said it was... and now, its been almost 3 weeks, and all I get when I call is a run around. Of course they took the money out of my acct on the order day. How convenient. I'm glad it was only one unit and not a lot of stuff cause I'd be ready for a road trip to kick somebodies a$$. Order from a reputable place instead of these clowns."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I placed an order on 10/05 and by 10/14 I had not received a shipping date. So, I contacted them and was told it was shiiping soon. On 10/19,I asked again when it would ship and was told that they were working on it. On 10/21, I still had not received an answer on when it would ship, so I requested a refund. As of 11/2, still no refund. STAY AWAY!"

"I am trying my best to give DCCA the benefit of the doubt because I ordered something for 56 dollars and had no problem getting it canceled and got my card refunded in about 3 days, but when I ordered the JL Audio hd900/5 that cost $745.00 it was a struggle to get them to cancel it took 4 days back and forth emailing and they finally agreed, but know I am looking everyday for my refund and it has been 9 business days since cancelling and it is still not there know the reason this is aggravating is because this is not a credit card this is a debit card that is my hard earn money that I am missing from my account that if I need is not there. I have dealt with other online sellars with large amounts of money and canceled and always got my credit back in 3-5 business days. I am gonna hold off giving a bad rating since they did me right the first time but if by the 14th day I dont see my money I am going all out because I dont run a charity and this experience has not been a good one update these clowns still have not put my money back in my account but the bank has recieved the cancelled and refund emails robert sent me with his b#tch a$$ so they are gonna jack visa up to get my money from these 2 a$$ clowns this is the worst site I have ever dealt with and anybody would a fool to buy a rca jack from them and I was stupid enough to try to give them the benefit of the doubt "

"Beware!
I am writing from Greece. I have bought many items from several US Companies and I have to say that most of them were professionals. But this company is a nightmare. For sure it is not a Company!!!!
I ordered and paid a car alarm (Viper 5900) from this seller on 14/9/2009. According to their “site” the time about shipping is the following: “3-7 business days & all orders ship within 7 business days, but fact being 95% of our orders ship within 24-48 hours”. Until 24/10/2009 they had not shipped anything to me, by making cheap excuses that they do not have it at stock! I asked them about the tracking number and I received emails like these: “We will get this done immediately”, “Tracking will be emailed automatically” etc. On 30/9/2009 they sent me that: “We apologize. We are still waiting for the 5900's to be transferred in. We are hoping this week we will see a shipment”. On 8/10/2009 after my pressure on them for sending at least sth, they offered to send me another (a better one) car alarm (Viper 5901) with the following email: “Let us know what to do, we will do it immediately. The 5900 was delayed, can we ship 5901”? I agreed to send me the new one, Viper 5901. On 9/10/2009 I received the following email: “Okay. It will be able to ship this upcoming week”. From then (9/10/09) until now (24/10/09) after sending them many emails I received answers like: - “Okay. It will be able to ship this upcoming week.” - Let's touch base Tuesday/Wednesday for tracking”. - “5901 is backordered until next week.” - “Yes, it can ship next week. Can you email us next Wednesday to confirm?” - “The Viper 5901's can ship this week.” - “Yes, I don't think it will be an issue.” - “Yes, will be out.”etc,

On 23/10/2009 my Order was cancelled and they promised a Full refund immediatelly (as they got my money immediatelly). Until now I did not get anything back (I mean money)… except from this email on 2.11.2009: “So you would 100% rather have a refund?”………

I disputed the charges with my Bank and I filed complaints with the BBB.
They don't stock anything and when you can contact them after waiting forever you always get the similar silly and general pointless answers.

"Mixed feelings, but mostly negative ones towards this company. I called the morning I placed my order, and spoke with a salesman who GUARANTEED me the two sets of Pioneer speakers I ordered were IN STOCK. I received one set a week later, with no problems - but not the other. A few weeks went by... finally, I emailed asking where it was - I then got the run-around for the next several MONTHS while constantly being told my speakers were delayed from their distributor and 'would be in any day now'. I was patient since they were high-end speakers and I got a seemingly good deal. But after almost FIVE MONTHS of waiting, calling, and emailing I requested and did receive a refund. Horrible customer service. It seems if you do not immediately receive your items, you never will. BUY WITH CAUTION."

"Like many others I placed an order with this company and thus began the nightmare. I called a week after placing the order and asked why I had not received a tracking number, they said they were still processing my order. A week later they said the same. Then it was that the the amp I ordered was not being released by the manufacturer. Three weeks later still no shipment and when I said cancel they responded by saying "You'll see it in 2-3 day. Ha! The excuses they give are so rehearsed one can tell from all the complaints. When I was finally promised an extra discount for waiting so long I said apply it to a different amp. After waiting for them to get back to me for several days and no contact I cancelled the order altogether 5 weeks and no products. They said they would credit my card back in 7-14 days.
It has been another week and still no credit back.
I disputed the charges with my Bank and I filed complaints with the BBB and California State Attorney's office. Bottom line "Let the Buyer beware". I would never do business with this Company again. They don't stock anything and when you can contact them after waiting forever you always get the same answer, "We're working on it."
or the manager is not in today he had a family emergency.Or,whoever you talk to says they are a manager of whatever but they can't help you so please email your question to sales. Avoid this company like the plaque!

"SCAM!!!! i am a United State Sailor, i ordered 2 jlw6v2 subs i was told when i ordered them they were in stock on Oct 6 2009. it is now Oct 28, 22 days after my order was placed and they recieved the payment and still nothing but excuses about jl has them on back order. all i hear from them is we expect them to be shipped within 2-3 days. i heard the for 2 weeks. this company is not an authorized dealer of jl anything!!! DO NOT!!! fall for there scam like myself and others have. i have every email they have sent me. last one was no online seller can claim they are an authorized dealer from jl when there price is below msrp. well to that i say every authorized dealer website from jl themself has them listed under msrp. TRUST ME DONT DO IT!!! well i am back i caneled my order on Oct 29 they told me it would take 2-3 days WOW i hear that alot from this company. well now its going on a week and still nothing??? i emailed them they said in should hit any second, the next day still nothing. so i email them again they say no problem it should be soon well still nothing. now they tell me they have no control on when there back transfers the money back to my account. then why did they tell me 2-3 days what are these guys doing???? i dont believe for one second there concerned with there customers satisfaction. i already have my bank involved.i will be notifying the BBB for sure with my complaint..."

"I ordered a pair of MB Quarts speakers on Sept 8th 09 and I was told they were on back order for 2 weeks.Two weeks later was told the same thing,and after speaking to a customer service person I told them to cancel my order.The customer service person told me "Oh they just came in" and he would send me a tracking number today.I got the tracking number the next day and a week later,I talk to UPS and Dealer Cost car audio never scheduled a pick up they just gave a tracking number.I spoke to customer service again and ask to cancel my order they no problem.I still have not received a refund or speakers,I have now turned it over to my credit card company to deal with them.This company is a BIG RIPOFF do not buy anything from them!!You may never get your order or money back! "

"Beware! Ordered a speaker and an amplifier. They charged my credit card immediately but never shipped the order. They responded to my several email status requests with evasive and vague non-answers. I finally requested a refund. They agreed but did not refund my credit card, despite several additional email requests. I needed to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and then received a refund. Scam! "

"This company is terrible! I ordered on 9/17/2009, Still have nothing! I have countless emails full of excuses but no clue when I will recieve my product. "They keep selling what they don't have. Look how many customers right after me!!!. I ordered on the 7th and after 14 days waiting i decided to request a refund. I called Customers service and waited for at least 30 minutes for many times. They said that the product would be shipped monday(19) or the latest tuesday(20). Nothing happens. I sent an email which they answered fast (if you contact them by email they respond fast which is very good)and they said that was a backordered. But nobody told me that before i click "purchase". On the 22nd i requested a refund which they gave me promptly. After reading my review and all the reviews right after me you decide if you want to buy from them. As a customer i have the right to express my opinion and say that I DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE. But you are the judge. YOU DECIDE."
