"This Company is a rip-off, don’t buy from them.
Purchased Striker Dura Lead Refills http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UQP8JA/ref=oss_product . Picture in ad shows White, Red, & Black lead for the Striker Pens for $10.92. Received order and only received a tube of black lead. Based on the picture in the ad, the cost of $10.92 and the fact that a tube of black lead sells for $3.99 on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Dura-Lead-Replacement-Striker-Construction/dp/B000JYJBTI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=office-products&qid=***-***-****&sr=1-2 I assumed all three colors were included. Contacts with sellers customer service was “You got what you ordered and that is our price, you can return item but you pay shipping”. After paying $10.92 plus $7.04 shipping I received what should have cost $3.99. Returning item would have cost me $14.00 total shipping and nothing to show for it so keeping the lead. I Will never buy from this company again and suggest you don’t either.

"As stated by other customers, an order was placed and I received no further information. I paid through my paypal account. I called 3 business days after order was placed and after checking site to see the item was still offered for sale and, after 3 phone calls to get someone to assist me that was not a voicemail box, I was told the item is not in stock and my refund is being processed. She stated that my invoice is not yet showing the cancellation because it is still being "processed". During the phone conversation the item was removed from the site. I inquired about a smaller pool being available at which time I was told that this item was also not available. Again it was removed during the conversation. It appears that a proper inventory is not maintained and/or it a scam to collect money and then keep it for days before refunding it. My refund has not yet been processed."
"I placed an order with Deerso unaware of the shipping charges associated with it (snowblower). I called Deerso to cancel the order and was helped immediately. Customer service was excellent and my problem was addressed right away. They sent me a confirmation e-mail in short order as well. Great customer service, highly recommend."
"I have ordered "RANGE HOOD WALL VENT KIT" and "7X8 ALUM FLEXIBLE DUCT" on 11/02/10 and I received email confirmation (used Paypal to pay). Next day, I was going to login to my account on their web site but it says my account does not exist! Then I called their toll free number and told that I was ordered from their TEST web site (as of today: 11/05/10, the TEST web site is still online: test.deerso.com and it looks the same as www.deerso.com), and the rep told me that "7X8 ALUM FLEXIBLE DUCT" is out of stock (it is not shown on both web sites as out of stock) and she will refund to my PayPal. I waited until 11/04, nothing on my PayPal, then I called and left message. On afternoon 11/04, I saw refund to my PayPal, but just the amount of the item without shipping cost. I am OK with that, it is just $1.38 (I just saw the refund to my PayPal as I am writing this review). I then called again, but she does not take my call any more. I called with a different phone and she picked up. I was told that I should receive email on 11/08 for the tracking number. Although I did not get email for the tracking number on Monday, but I got package on Tuesday. I'd like to say their delivery is not bad except the TEST web site (Test web site is still on as of today 11/09/2010). "
"I ordered a Stanley Bolt vacuum bottle from Deerso in mid August. They shipped it promptly. It was defective so I sent them an email and they sent a replacement right away. That one was also defective. I emailed them again and asked them to send me a different but equal model and they sent me third one but a Thermos brand this time. I don't yet know if the Thermos brand one works but I can't fault Deerso for the problems of Stanley. I can only be impressed by Deerso's customer service. Nothing short of awsome!"
"Talk about scam artist, ordered some electrical items and some mro items. I received an order confirmation and 3 months of doing chargebacks to get my $1000 dollars back. Left a dozen voicemails and emails. I do purchasing for local schools and would highly recommend NEVER even bother looking at this company. I was even mandated by my superior for making one of the worst buying decisions for the schools."

asking who cancelled and why. No response.
I purchase items online often with no problems. This company is terrrible. A waste of time.

"They have an extremely unfriendly return policy. UPS gave me incorrect shipping and holding information twice which caused the item to be sent back to them. They won't refund me the S&H - $17 - which I am completely fine with. My problem is they are actually attempting to charge me an additional $17 for having the item returned back to them even though I never received it. I spoke to their customer service and explained all the details and they are still going to charge $17, claiming they are charged a fee from the carrier for the item's return which I've never even heard of. Completely unreasonable and a complete rip off!"
