"The software took much longer than any order that I have placed in my professional career. When I realized that I could not use the software on my system, someone emailed me to check with customer support of the software company. Now I am desperately trying to get my over $200 refund after returning the software unopened as they asked. No one answers my emails. The company has moved because a call to the address put me in touch with a fitness gym. My emails remain unanswered, and I need the money to buy the software version that I can use. I need a response from them and get none. "
"Ordered Master of Orion III on the 18th of November and the credit card was immediately charged. However, the product was never shipped. Sent an E-mail in early December and never got a response. After reviewing their history it seems that the company has gone down hill with their ability to do honest business. I have not given up hope and do wish to receive my product, will continue to try and contact them. Their website seems to be off-limits now, don’t know what is up."

"I placed an order with them for a PC game. We received it several days later to find out that it was the French Version which was not stated on their site. Which is fine, it should still work. So we installed it, then it asked for the CD Key. However it said that the "CD Key was already in use". What? This is supposedly a brand new unopened game and the serial # was already used? I emailed them 3 times and have gotten no response. I also called and got a voicemail and they never returned my call. I feel cheated, my husband has been waiting a long time to play this and we can't even use it without a valid Serial #. My next step is to do a chargeback on my credit card, as this is useless without that Serial #. I will NEVER shop with them again, their customer service is slim to none."

I called the owner's wife on her cell phone after reading about her other website on the About Us Page. She assured me someone would call me back. No one did. I called this morning (the 800#s were working) and left a message. No one called back! I finally reached someone and she said the product hasn't even left the warehouse! I was absolutely appalled...She was not appologetic and she said it could have been out of stock. Appalling! Their website states otherwise! I asked if this is how they treat all their customers? She hang up on me.

"I ordered Norton Antivirus and Civ III for, well, dirt cheap. They ship same day (huge marks for that in my book). The Civ III box was slightly damaged, but I can accept that considering the amazingly low price I paid for it (wouldn't care at all except that this is a gift). This was my third order from them, and not my last as long as their prices stay low and they continue to ship so fast. "
