A week after I expected delivery, the item hadn't even been shipped.

I had to re-order, unfortunately, because I needed more. Upon checkout, it offers a quicker time of arrival if you pay more - no where does it state it is solely based on shipping. I paid $80 EXTRA and again, a week after the expected arrival, the item is still "in production."

I called, spoke to 3 different people at 3 different times. NOT ONE was able to help or acted like they cared. Each one simply passed the buck. Said they would check. As it turns out, it is scheduled to ship in 4 more days. The arrival time is now past what the estimate was if I paid $20. RIDICULOUS.

"Sunday afternoon, 3pm, I am sitting down to make an order for some custom shot glasses that we will use to offer "plant-milk" shots at the Minneapolis Veg Fest on 9/19. Creating our custom shot glasses with our Logo was so simple! But, I had a question on shipping...and tried the online chat. A real person helped me...and when I shared the date I needed the glasses done, she suggested that I do a "rush" order and also offered my a discount! Great Great Service. This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and it’s not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end. THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP. Do not do business with them.
