"We ordered foam footballs and the printing was partially missing and cracking on all the footballs. The poor print job does not look like the sample that was sent to me, or the picture that they have on their site. The footballs had random melted flat sides too. Customer service refused a refund and a reprint. My company won't be ordering from them again."

I was able to get a Presidents day discount which made the mugs more affordable. We liked the artwork and price so much that we decided to add 15 more mugs to our order. I again got an outstanding CSR named Juan. He was able to add the mugs to our order and gave me the 15% discount. I could not be happier with Discount Mugs, or their Customer Service. I can't believe there were CSRs to chat with at night and my mugs are due in just a few days. Truly Amazing.
