"After taking quite a bit of time perusing the site, I decided on a nice tote bag that I would order to promote an upcoming event. I took more time customizing the bag until it was perfect! As I finally went to check out, a littler alert popped up that the available stock was 0. Puzzled, I contacted customer service through the chat and they said they would be able to get it for me! Yay! Then, disappointment ensued when I was informed they actually could not get that one. So, I picked out another one that was available on the website, and that was unavailable too! Why are all of these showing as options when they are not available??? I finally found one that I liked that was actually available. Then, you can imagine my surprise when the price I was given was THREE TIMES the price of my original order (it was the same tote, just a different color)!!! Wow. So, I requested a price match to the original tote I had picked out. Nope, they couldn't adjust the price or escalate it in any way. So now I have wasted multiple hours and have to start over. I hope by taking the time to write this review, I save you some time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."
