"I ordered 2 cases of mugs for certain clients coming to our holiday show. The mugs were excellent but 4 were damaged in shipping. After calling customer service and a picture of the case, the mugs were replaced in time for our show.

"I have ordered Mardi Gras Ball favors and souvenirs from discount mugs for several years. Of those several, one year was a total disaster with customer service; requiring phone calls, emails back/forth and though my order arrived just in the nick of time, and looked really good, one of the items was not printed as I ordered (in spite of speaking to customer service with several times regarding).
That customer service experience however, does not damper my satisfaction with the product personalization and quality; both are great, I will continue to use Discount Mugs and keep my fingers crossed there will be no future issues with customer service. "
