"I ordered custom Koozies for my wedding that was on November 9th, 2019. Customer service was awesome making sure that our art work was correct and fit the Koozies. My package was delivered about a week prior to our wedding, but was unfortunately stolen from my front porch.
We called discountmugs and told them what had occurred. They immediately re printed our order for FREE and rushed it to our house. Customer service didn't require anything other than our word as to what had happened to our package. The Koozies arrived in time for the wedding and were a huge hit.
