"I order branded products all the time and that was BY FAR the quickest, easiest, seamless process. Chose a mug, uploaded artwork, contacted customer service. (We are tax exempt and sometimes that turns in to a whole ordeal that takes days to get adjusted.) Immediate online response and solution provided. I think the entire process including choosing the mug took 20 minutes. Hope they arrive on time and look good and this will be one very satisfied customer!"

"Chatted with a couple of members that were able to help me out during my order experience. The design tool is amongst the best I've seen in terms of customization but there are still some things that they could do to make sure I'm designing appropriately and therefore am also getting quoted appropriately. The software lets you go through the entire experience, up to checkout, without warning you that you are using a multi color design with not enough imprints selected. A little confusing and misleading when i'm only being quoted for one color. Anyway, the representatives (Anthony and Jacklyn) were able to help me out and make sure I was set up properly. I recommend contacting a representative before finalizing any order. Had that not happened i'm not sure how my product would have turned out or if I would have paid the appropriate amount. Overall a pretty good experience."
