Anthony really is a great customer service/sales rep, but I think he probably has more potential. If you ever promote from sales to upper management I would think that Anthony might be an ideal candidate for this type of promotion. He was classy, smart, quick, and kind. These are all skills we look for in leaders no matter the industry. If Anthony is not leading others then his potential is being wasted. "
