"I placed an order for three years of a magazine and they charged my credit card. I did not receive the magazine. After a few months (they tell you to wait many weeks for a mag to arrive) I emailed to report the missing magazine. I waited a few months, to see if there would be a resolution. I emailed again recently and they have now stated the order was cancelled somehow shortly after it was ordered (with no return of the price paid). It is now more than 6 months from the original order and they will do nothing. I am free to fight it out with the magazine itself, but discount mags will not refund any money, they will not honor the order - three years of a magazine - I should still be receiving until the end of 2021. They will do nothing. Beware - if you get a good discount - they will charge you, but they won't stand behind the order or the price - you will be left with nothing. BEWARE "
