"They sent it fast for me ordering late friday evening i recommend monday morning et. I did order the wrong part but it was damaged so im still waiting to hear back from customer service via email which is taking 24 hours as of now. I may have just had little trouble with my order but im confident they will resolve the issue at no cost or trouble to me."

"I have received very poor service from Drivewire.com.
The air filters I ordered from Drivewire.com were listed on their website as the proper air filters for a 2005 Crossfire SRT6 Supercharged, but they were not the correct air filters. They were 2 inches too short.
I was charged shipping to get the wrong air filters delivered, and now they want me to pay return shipping to receive credit.
I may have my credit card company dispute the charge because they sent a part that was incorrectly listed.
I waited on their website customer service department to discuss my problem, but after 10 minutes, they reported no one was available.
I will not order from Drivewire.com ever again.


Your answer is that both the regular 2005 Crossfire and the SRT6 2005 Crossfire take the same size filter (& that is what your website shows), but if you compare the length listed on the K&N website, you will see that one is 12.063 inches and the other is 10.563 inches. Please see the information listed below:

Apparently, you have not checked with the manufacturer.

"This is the first time ordering from Drivewire.com, and started out good with good prices and easy ordering on line. I got the camber adjustment bolts pretty quick, but the springs I ordered are being drop shipped from B&G.
I called drivewire, and the customer service seems to be really good, but I have come to realize that I have been given 2 different stories as to when my springs will be on there way....The first one was that the springs were being boxed up as we spoke at B&G and would be to me that Thursday....Thursday has come and gone and Friday is here and the UPS truck has passed without stopping. Called the second time to DriveWire.com and was put on hold and then told they were going to be ready today to go out. I noticed that another reviewer had that very same problem. So far first time experience with this company is not so good. Next time I call which I was told to call back today to get the tracking #, if they don't have one I should cancel the order, but have my concerns about getting money back as per other reviewers. Decided to contact B&G myself, and spoke to Mike and was told that they were waiting for a shipment of springs to get to them in order to ship out....I told him what Drivewire.com was telling me and he said he "did not know why they would say they were being boxed up and shipped out the first time when they never had the springs". I guess tell your customer a good story to keep the sale alive. Mike said that today they were going out.

Well I finally got the springs and now my order is complete. I guess my biggest complaint with this company is communication about the products availability. I have dealt with companies that do not charge your card for the items until they are shipped, and even know they were to be drop shipped from the manufacture, they should have told me this with e-mail or a cal and that the manufacture did not have them at the time of order. I ordered the springs on the 9th and got them on the 22nd and they had my money from the start. Maybe if I use them again, I will call instead of doing on the web.

"This was my second order. I ordered it on a Friday with next day delivery; however, I didn't get my order until Monday. I noticed UPS delivered it to a nearby location on Saturday, but I still didn't get it until Monday. I was a little upset with spending money for next day delivery, but the product works fine and the price was fair. I'd still order from here again... maybe not next day delivery though."
