"I've recently placed an order with DutchCrafters for a new mirror above my bathroom vanity with custom dimensions and I can't say enough about the quality of this mirror. The dimensions are just right and the finished piece is phenomenal. Jennifer, our customer service rep was prompt in following up regarding delivery and made sure everything was perfect before leaving us to enjoy our new mirror. "I purchased an Amish Handcrafted Cypress Outdoor 5' Grandpa Swing for my front porch. I ordered it online 5/13/15. I received an email just six days later that my order had shipped. Of course, my first thought was that Dutchcrafters did NOT build my swing to order, since they advertise on their website that it takes 4 - 6 weeks for the item to be built and shipped. When the swing arrived just ONE WEEK after ordered, I opened the box and without even removing the swing from the box, saw a 4" long chunk of what looked like a cypress veneer that had been stripped from another type of wood to which it had been adhered. I was surprised at the sight of this since I was under the impression that all of Dutchcrafters furniture is made from solid wood. I have a friend who is painting the swing for me at his shop, so I left the swing in the box for him to pick up. It looks like the missing cypress veneer chunk may be on the bottom of the swing out of sight in which case I will keep the swing although I am terribly disappointed by this defect. However, I told him to let me know if he finds any more defects once the swing is removed, and I plan on returning it if he does. As I mentioned, I am terribly disappointed with Dutchcrafters for the misleading statements on their website about solid wood products and about the fact that they would appear to try to "pawn off" an item with a chunk missing perhaps in a location where they hope it would not be noticed.
I cannot rate customer service since I just opened the box today, 5/23/15, and they are closed for the Memorial Day weekend. I plan on contacting them after the holiday weekend about this issue. I will update this review afterwards. "

"Our review from the ordering process right through the delivery has been a five star experience. We recently received our two new pieces and are thrilled with the workmanship and quality. The stain used is just perfect for the other wood in the same room and looks incredibly rich and handsome.
The "white glove" delivery service was excellent and everything went very smoothly. Extremely polite men called in advance to arrange delivery time and again the day of delivery. Very considerate as they brought in the furniture and in placing it in our dining room.
