"Bought an eBook for a little over $30, the download file was empty (they gave me no book just a blank file). Tried the app, on a mac, a PC , AND my phone-- none worked. Contacted customer service, no one answered the phone even during business hours, and e-mailing got me nowhere as I was better off talking to a wall. Will never use again due to wasting $30+ on a scam. "
