"I ordered two books on 3/14 and when I called on 3/22 one gets shipped but has not arrived as of yet. The others one was advertised as them having but they did not have it. So the order was cancelled and was told to expect refund in 3-5 days. Originally, they claimed 5-8 business days to receive and they have defaulted on their own agreement. In tracking the book, UPS expected delivery is 3/28 which means that it took 14 days for delivery because they waited until the 22nd to ship which is 6 business days after the order was placed. Trust and believe that the book will be returned and not only will I never do any future business with them but will inform my whole school about staying away."

"I would absolutely NEVER recommend using this sight to anyone. I bought a book, it was never shipped. Called and customer service said she did not know what happened, and that the book is probably not in stock. (I am behind in class by this point) and had to buy the same book else where, so I am out double the money. It took forever to receive, (which I only received half of my refund) and 6 weeks later... I still do not have my full refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use this website to order your books! I promise you WILL regret using them. "I received and empty box with just my order form inside it, contacted the customer service and they informed me they were out of stock for that book and they would issue me a refund. A month later and I still haven't received my refund, I contacted them again and they said the book was returned to sender. I had to expedite another book from another company and I'm still waiting on my refund."
