"eCampus created a huge problem for a class and now 3 weeks into my quarter I'm scrambling to get my textbook! They waited to let me know they had an inventory issue and didn't have the book and didn't have the decency to reach out to cancel the order sooner. When they did inform me of their inventory issue they placed me on an indefinite waiting period while they sourced the book. When I asked when they expected to receive the book, they didn't respond. I'm never ordering from eCampus again!"
