Waste of $33 for expedited shipping

"Ordered 2 books with expedited shipping, one came within a week, the other they didn't even have to be able to send. After two weeks, I had to cancel the order and get it somewhere else.

Not happy, and won't be back (BTW, their customer service was very nice and helpful)

I didnt order David Bowie?

"I was satisfied with the service and timely manner, however I was missing one of my books for my class and I left for college then the day after I left a package came saying it was my last book order, however when it was revived I got a David Bowie CD. I called customer service and someone helped me who was very nice and I now will be receiving my book from our personal bookstore here at my college, but I was very satisfied with all other orders I had made."

Its not a book

"I received my rental and it was just loose pages...No book at all it was wrapped with rubber bands to hold the pages together..unbelievable "

Book and price were great....USPS aggravation

"Ordered my book at start of class. Was at end of second week by the time it arrived. It was at one or more of my local post offices for about 8 days . I called USPS repeatedly - spent hours calling - and all but one location never answered the phone. When I did get someone, she said there was no way to tell which local post office had it and she thought it looked like it was still in transit even though it said it had been delivered to one my local post offices 5 days prior. the USPS woman on the phone said 5 days to sit in the Post Office is not considered a long time. So I waited a few more days and finally got it. Now I have several chapters to read to catch up with the rest of the class. The price and book were great but I will think twice about shipping time in the future - BTW...I did not know I was going to take the class until the day it started or of course, or I would have ordered it sooner. I was prepared to get it late, but not this late."

"Ordered at ecampus (last minute) and always receive books when they say they are going to be delivered (and they are the correct books!). Saves a lot of money compared to on campus bookstore."

Expensive

"Shipping is expensive, they do have a good range of books. However my professor changed the reading list and not only did I have to pay 8 dollars for shipping but also eight dollars for a restocking fee I don't really see how that's helping me save money. "

"I ordered 2 books twice both of my orders got cancelled and i needed them on time for class! I called Customer service and they told me the 1ft time i ordered it had a different name in shipping and card number then the second time the names where the same so what happend??!!"
