"Hard to find book (to the point of not being sold at the college where the course is taught) required for a graduate English class. eCampus claims to have have it, takes my money, and says it will be here the week before I need the textbook. When it doesn't come, I email them. They respond the next day saying they never had the book in the first place and I can ask for a refund. I do so, and it money will be returned in 3-5 business days. So it's going to be another week, and two failed assignments, before I get my money back and order the book through a more reputable company. I'll say this: they aren't crooks. They're merely bumbling and inadequate to the task at hand. "

After 5 days I received an email saying "Due to a change in availability from our supplier, the item has yet to arrive in our warehouse". If it was in stock as advertised, it would already be in the warehouse. I did not have my required book for the first day of class, and I will not order from eCampus.com again. "
