"my packages have taken WAY longer than promised for the shipping option i selected. part of this was due to them not even having a textbook they said they had. now i’ve had to go through classes without them even though they should have been here before classes started. very disappointed "

"Horrible customer service. No response within a week. Refund was less than what was paid. No way to contact directly because if you call they send you to go online and can’t speak to an actually person just a machine. I paid $17 for a book and they only want to refund $8. Feel ripped off. Tried to cancel the order the same day but I feel that they purposely didn’t respond until AFTER the book was delivered. But I had to message them THREE times for a response. "

"I am taking an 8 week course and ordered a book a week before the class started, but it took forever to receive the book from eCampus. I ordered the book for the shortest amount possible, was not charged less, and I had to do the first half of the class with out the book, because eCampus took so long. Be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks for anything from them. It took a whole week to just "process" the order (even though the payment came out of my bank account the day I ordered the book) before even shipping to me and it took another week and a half for it to arrive. Amazon has spoiled us with their two day shipping. I will never use this company again. "
