ECampus.com said they had the book for either rental or buying. I ordered it. Two hours later, I received an e-mail saying a copy of the book could not be located. "My order was cancelled twice because I didn't use my middle initial on my mailing address. The computer automatically cancelled the order thinking it might be fraud. When I called customer service I was told all he could do was resubmit the order. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that a form had to be filled out & someone would call me within 24 hours. The agent had no problem solving skills whatsoever, all he kept doing was apologizing. I think it's ridiculous that I'd have to wait another 24hrs before my issue would get resolved. So in order to get my book I had to place the order again & then wait 3-5 days for a refund from the cancelled order. Not sure I'll order from them again. "
"The only redeeming thing about my experience was that the book is in good condition. However, I paid 23 extra dollars for my book to arrive next day and the book did not arrive until the day after I requested it by. If you are going to advertise for next day shipping and have people pay a premium for it then that shipping should be guaranteed. I do not think I will be ordering from this site again because of the inconvenience this caused me and I would appreciate it if the $23 I paid to ship my book could be refunded. "
