"I ordered 4 books for my community college classes from eCampus. The three that came directly from eCampus are in great condition and arrived within a few days. The last book is coming from a marketplace seller, Alibris. I am disappointed that it has been 10 days since the book was "shipped," and after being delivered by UPS to the US Postal Service, the item is now untrackable and has not arrived. I am hoping it arrives soon!"
"Textbook was scheduled to arrive before my class began, but ended up being 2 days late. I had to get an eBook for my class instead so I would have it in time. So when I returned this book I had to pay almost $20 for “restocking” fee and a return shipping label. "

Now I have to rent the book for the same price at a different company, otherwise, I would be paying anywhere from $130-$150 for the text here on eCampus or through other vendors. "

"I ordered 3 books 10 days ago..... have yet to receive ANY OF THE BOOKS. My classes have ALREADY BEGUN. 2 of the books were shipped, but the shipping service is incredibly SLOW. The other book has STILL NOT EVEN ARRIVED AT THEIR WEARHOUSE. I contacted ecampus to inquire as to when I can expect this book and they tell me THEY DO NOT KNOW AND CANNOT GIVE THAT INFORMATION??? At this point, I would have preferred to just purchase these books directly from the publisher and pay full price, so that I would have at least had the materials when I needed them. Would not recommend ecampus to my peers. Horribly slow and even more the company misrepresents the amount of time that it will actually take for you to receive your textbooks when you place the order. The longest wait time associated with my order was 5 DAYS! IT has already been DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT OF TIME AND NO BOOKS! Just unbelievable. "

"I waited 8-9 days to receive a book I purchased. Once it arrived, it was the complete wrong book. The packaging receipt even had a different person’s name and information on it and they still sent the books to me. In addition, I have yet to receive confirmation that they have received my return. It also bothers me that they are charging me a restocking fee for the return due to a mistake that they made. I ordered the correct book and was sent the wrong book by your company. Ecampus should be responsible for that restocking fee and not me. This is not the first time this has happened. I will never rent or purchase a book from this company again! "
