Sent Wrong Book

"What I ordered and what I received were two different things. ecampus sent the wrong book. Not satisfied at all!!!!"

Kept cancelling my books for no reason

"They cancelled five of my books for absolutely no reason and argued with me when I asked why. DO NOT USE THEM."

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our system views a variety of criteria to ensure that our customers information is as secure as possible. If anything triggers this system as a potential risk, it will cancel the order and issue a full refund as a precaution. Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, our customer service office is not given specifics in regards to what causes these cancellation other than generic notifications. In many cases customers have found that the billing address entered on the order does not match their card payment, which will trigger the cancellation. I would recommend reviewing the information on your order to ensure this information is accurate.

No communication

"I ordered my book 1-6-18 in plenty of time for the 1-18-18 class. I emailed today (1-16-18) to see where it was. Surprise, surprise, they don't have the book in stock. They were sure to charge my credit card for the book they didn't have and negated to let me know they did not have the book in a timely enough manner so that I could at least try to find another one before class. In fact, had I not emailed them, they would not have contacted me at all regarding the transaction and would have likely kept my money. Stay away from this company; 3rd class all the way and zero apologies. "

Worst experience ever

"When I ordered the book it said it was available for shipping that there was one in stock, 1 week later the book had still not arrived, no email as to why. So I contacted customer support and got a reply that they get their books from suppliers and it was taking longer than expected. I also paid for expedited shipping as well, a lot of good that did! So it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered the book that was suppose to be here within 3-5 days and I just got an email today that the order is delayed due to difficulty getting the book from their supplier. They shouldn’t be selling books if they don’t have them readily available!! Won’t make this mistake again!"

Ebook

"I got an ebook and the app you have to download to read it is glitchy. Sometimes it wont even open the book. Also you have to continuously go back to the website to access it. Its just time consuming. I wish there was easier access"

Slow Shipping, Not much Service

"Not necessarily a reflection on eCampus but I ordered a textbook from another seller through eCampus on January 4, 2018 and as of January 16, 2018 I have yet to receive it or any tracking information regarding the shipment. The other part of the shipment that came directly from eCampus was delivered several days after the order was placed, excellent speed and efficiency. The order also had a tracking number provided so I could track and get alerts to see what process of the shipment the package was currently in. I have contacted the other seller of my other textbook, but have yet to receive any communication, although it is early, as I just sent communication to them via e-mail.
