"Received my book with pages falling out. Call customer service and after being on hold for 45 minutes am told they will ship a new one to replace it and to ship damaged one back and I will receive a confirmation email. 3 days later I'm still waiting for said email. Checked my account and no sign of anything. Email them again asking what is going to be done since I don't want to be blamed for my rental being damaged and still waiting for a response. This will be my last order through them. Save yourself the headache and money "

"My book is late and class started a week ago. I ordered this on 1/2/2018- a week before class started. It said it was in stock and usually shipped between 1-3 days but I got an email today saying it was delayed. If you didnt have it in stock I would have ordered it from somewhere else since I am in law school and 100% of my grades count on being prepared for class. If you do not have a book in stock you should update your website to inform potential customers of that so they do not suffer."
