Delay in shipping

"They have good prices but shipping speed is very poor. It takes over 3 days before an item is shipped. For this reason, I use ecampus as a last resort. "

"I ordered my books early in order to not fall behind in the reading. Today, I am informed that eCampus does not even have the books. By this time, it will probably be harder to find the book and of course, no doubt pay a higher price. I wish eCampus took this textbook service serious. I am sick and discussed!!

They had 5 stars until ...

"My first order is lost. I am told I have to wait until x amount of days before they will replace it. You can clearly see that it never made it out of TN 7 days ago ( I am in CA) and if it did it would have been here by now. Hopefully they have what I need in stock and will expedite ASAP tomorrow. Class starts Monday so while their pricing was good, I should have gone with Amazon for peace of mind. In addition, one book was not available and they cancelled the order for that book. When I went online the next day it was available at triple the price. They did honor my original price, but none of this has gone smoothly."

AWFUL

"ok, I ordered my book and i paid for extra shipping for it to get here with enough time to complete my winter class work. It showed up late, and they wanted to take a 10% stocking fee back and a $7 shipping fee so i would get absolutely no money back, they said they'd waive the stocking fee but nothing else even though it was their fault, I had to buy an online book for more $$. ridiculous and i will not be renting from them ever again and i will also tell other people not to. "

This site is a scam!

"After 5 days late they charged full price for used books. You get more time for a house payment. Then when I wanted to send back they told me as long as they got the books back the day before the conversation I could get half my money back. How is it possible to send a book back the day before? This place is a scam. Now I'm out $400.00 for 2 used books. FRAUD!!!"
