They cancelled my order!

"I ordered a book I needed for a course that's starting soon. About a week later, I get an email from them stating that my order has been cancelled. No explanation, just cancelled. This leaves me with less time to find the book elsewhere and get it before the course begins. Thanks guys! I won't be using ecampus again!!"

Perfect Transaction!

"Have never rented a book online before and this was a perfect transaction. Placed the order online and then called to find out when it would be shipped as we paid for faster service. The gentleman on the phone gave me his direct number and had me call back in 15 minutes because the order had not even shown up yet on his end. Called him back and he assured me that we would receive it in 2 days which we did. Couldn't be more pleased with the book rental."

"Every time I have spoken with eCampus.com/Knetbooks staff they were very helpful and knowledgeable. eCampus/ Knetbooks is a very reputable company that delivers books ontime, are reliable and have excellent customer service. Unlike some textbook rental companies that you can only communicate via chat or email; you can reach an eCampus/Knetbook staff members during normal business hours. Never fulfilled order

"For one, I used ecampus for years not realizing how much more I was paying than other sites. I ordered one book from ecampus and after not receiving any correspondence for 10 days that the book had even left the facility to be shipped, I made an inquiry as to when I could expect to receive the book. I was notified that the book was no longer available and to call back if I had any further questions... Yes, I have a question! When can I expect my refund and why was I only notified of this after an inquiry? Needless to say, I was then panicked having to order from another site and have the book expedited so that I could have it in time and found that amazon had the book available for a 1/10 of the price... Even with the expedited shipping. If I ever receive my refund, which has become highly suspect, I will have saved myself 90% of the original cost that I stupidly paid. Ecampus was recommended to me by a friend, but I tell you now... that was not a good friend."

Poor shipping time

"I placed an order on 01/01/2018 (8464450) stated on page that would ship 3-5 days. As of 01/08/2018, still showing as processing! Not sure what to do, my daughter needs book by 10th for class. Shipping seems to be longer than stated each time I have ordered. "

Class started and I still do not have books

"I wish I could give less stars. I ordered my books December 29th, the order was canceled January 1st. I then called to see what was going on and the woman I spoke with said their system is very sensitive and that it would kick an order if it didn't like something with the payment. Mind you my payment already went through. Their system may be sensitive but not sensitive enough to alert me before they let me place the order so that I could change any discrepancies the system might see. She did help me place a second order and gave me two day shipping credit which was awesome and I really appreciated it. After that order was placed it also got cancelled but the money came out of my account again so now I'm down for two payments. I called back a second time to find out what was going on the woman Place me on hold and I hear click and I got hung up on. Nobody even attempted to try to call me back after I was on hold for an hour. I call back a third time I get a man who tells me I need to contact my banking Institute to which I say it's not my bank it's your system. He said well that's just what they tell us to tell you guys to do. I said so you're not offering me a real solution. He goes well that's just our policy to inform you to contact your banking Institute again offered no solution. I then use my boyfriend's card who has ordered stuff through eCampus for 2 years now and the 3rd order placed then it too was later cancelled. I received a charge a third charge at that on my account the same day even though I didn't use my card or authorize the charge. So now my bank accounts been charged 3 times and my boyfriend's account and charge one time making for charges for a order of books that never been shipped. So here it is two and a half weeks later and I have no books for my masters class. I'm extremely unsatisfied and I was really hoping for a good experience but that never happened. "
