Usually the most common occurrence is that the billing address does not match your card criteria. Sometimes, it can be an insecure internet connection. "When I order a book I assume it is because it is for sale. I don't understand how inventory is or isn't managed if I buy something and order is later cancelled. If the book is NOT available, then don't have it for sale. Now I have to start hunting down the book again before classes start. "

Like with many other Marketplace services, the seller has 2 business days to confirm the order as shipped. Due to the holiday closures, the seller had up until 12/27/17 to confirm, and as they did not, a full refund was issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show back on your statement, depending on your bank/card company processing procedures.
