GREAT Experience

"I love this site. I purchased a new textbook on here for a great price. (The site also gave me a $5 off coupon) It was shipped to me quickly! At the end of the semester, they sent me an email offering to buy my book, offering more $$ than a used book store would.. I had to purchase a $2 mail envelope (@walmart) to send the book back. This site paid for the return shipping. It was a breeze!! I highly recommend this site! Not to mention after you purchase a book you receive future discounts with their e-wards program. I got $15 off the second book I purchased. "

Good service, never received my book

"I had good contact with the seller, but ended up nevering receiving the book due to damage by the seller. Very disappointing. I will probably just use amazon prime next time. "

As you ordered through a Marketplace seller, we have no control over the shipment process or item condition as it is a personal seller and not our services. Sellers are required to ship the item within 2 business days from the order date, or the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Our records indicate that we issued a full refund on 12/25/17 per the sellers request when they stated the order could not be fulfilled. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. As you ordered through our Marketplace service, you were ordering from a personal seller. These sellers are allotted 2 business days to confirm and process your order for shipment. Due to the holiday closures, the seller had until 12/26/17 to confirm your order and listed they would be unable to ship the item. Due to this, a refund was issued back to your card for the full amount. Refund processing times are evaluated by your banking/card company and can typically take 3-5 business days from the date we request the funds to go back to you. Unfortunately we have no way to expedite the time frame for refunds as your card company dictates how soon it will show on your statement balance.

Out of Stock

"I ordered my book two weeks before my class started. I received a confirmation email and everything. Several days later, I received an email stating the book was no longer in stock and that I would receive another email once it shipped. However, I checked my account and they had already taken the money. If something is out of stock, don't wait to tell your customers, and don't take money prior to shipping. Ridiculous. I'm still awaiting the return. "

I apologize for the inconvenience. During our busy seasons, delays can occur with items that are in high demand. The publisher providing this item listed that it was on a temporary back order due to the high demand and low availability. In cases like this we would typically offer to either cancel the order to provide you with a full refund or we keep the order open to ship it as soon as it becomes available once more. As you requested a cancellation, a full refund was issued back to your original payment method on 12/28/17. Depending on bank/card company procedures it can take 3-5 business days for this to fully show back on your statement balance. You should see the funds back on your card no later than 01/05/18.
