"I’ve never had so much trouble ordering a book. Not necessarily the ordering process but 1st my order was cancelled and now my book has been “delayed”. I’m forced to look for and now pay more for a hook I ordered. "

"I liked that I was able to find my book at a cheaper price, but wish there was better communication on the comapny’s Part to me. Apparently their supplier did not have my book initially which slowed down the processing process. I wish this would have been communicated to me since I was worried about whether or not my book was going to arrive on time."

"I tried 3 times to buy from this seller and it always said: there was a problem with your payment method, we have cancelled your order. But they never detailed what the problem was.
The payment method is the same I use with any other seller and I have never had a problem.

I apologize for the inconvenience this order caused you. As you ordered through our marketplace seller service, and not directly through us, your item was supplied by a personal seller. Those sellers are typically expected to handle any issues you may have with an order as they are the ones whom are providing the stock you have been sent. In the event that the seller does not respond or resolve the issue, then we can assist you with refunds or contact with the seller. In the case of your particular order, due to the incorrect item being received and the seller not reaching out to you to correct the issue, a full refund was issued on 12/29/17. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to post back to your available balance from the request date, but should show to your original payment method. If this refund does not show in the allotted time please contact our customer service office at 888-388-9909.

Charged me $750 for 6 days late

"The company had the audacity to charge my account $750 dollars because my return was a week late-then called a 50% refund upon return (leaving the late fee at near $400) a "charity"."

“Good afternoon,

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our policy for rental items is that they must be in transit on or before the due date using the prepaid label we provided. As your item was not in transit in this time frame and we received no prior request for an extension, your account was charged for the non-return fee of the purchase price for the item. Per policy, so long as you can return the item to us within 15 days of the original due date, you are eligible to receive 50% of this charge back to your account. As a one time courtesy, we have set the account up for a full refund upon the return. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to show on your original payment method once the items have checked in.
