The most common cause that seems to occur is if the billing address does not match what your card has on file. You may wish to confirm your card has your most accurate address listed before attempting to place new orders.

Awful

"my fiance bought my book, shipped it to his mom's house and used my name so order was cancelled. We live in an apt. Packages get stolen so we ship to parents house to ensure delivery. We will never use ecampus again."

"I ordered a book and was immediately charged for it. I received no notification that the book was back ordered. I had to call for an update. However, most online sites do not charge you for a purchase until,your order ships."
