"The seller overbooked the textbook ordered, and accepted the payment. At least I got a refund after a few days being told that the order was cancelled. Needs to be more like Amazon and not show anything that is not available, and charge only when the product is shipped. The website can improve greatly. "

"The book was wet but I was credited $10, not held responsible for the damage and they offered to replace the book. Plastic wrap for the shipping process is definitely a needed addition."
