Awful customer service

"When I rented a book from this company, they sent the book to the wrong address. I then contacted the people at the address which they sent it to, and they told me that they sent the book back. I then contacted the book company again only for two people to tell me that the book was sent to the other address, after I told both of them prior to starting the conversation that the book was sent to the other address. Neither of the customer service representatives tried to help me or looked to see if the book had been sent back. They were very rude from the start of the conversation. The customer service is awful and I never received the book, do not rent from this place!"

The publisher doesn't allow us to change the title of our used/rental items and as a result we have to include a disclaimer (under the picture and in the item description) indicating that the CD isn't included. Certainly we understand if this is overlooked and provide our customers with a easy returns process. I have sent an email to the address on file with a coupon and special offer inside!

Way more than I expected.

"My Used book was immaculate. I expected a few frayed edges, maybe a dirty page or two. Not! This book is in excellent condition and I received it in less than a week. The best part is it was cheaper to buy here than rent off other sites. Have already recommended it to my friends and instructors. Thx eCampus.com your a saver for sure.

"I always buy or rent my books from here & this time around has been terrible. I've been trying to contact someone about my purchase & it has been impossible! Still haven't received my book & still waiting to hear from someone it's been 10 days & still nothing. "
