Bad experience

"The wrong textbook was sent. I also had to pay shipping for the return along with “restocking fees”. I don’t recommend this company. "

In cases where your item is damaged, incorrect, or not satisfactory, we recommend contacting our customer service office so that we can help you resolve this matter. As we had no prior contact about the return, we were unaware that there was an issue with your order. As a courtesy due to the confusion and inconvenience, I have waived the restocking fees. Your initial refund was processed on 12/18/17 and should show within 3-5 business days. Book Not Received

"I ordered a book for my preschool classroom which I really wanted and 10 days later was told the order was cancelled leaving me no time to purchase the book elsewhere! No credit received so far either!"

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your order process. We try to keep a wide variety of items available for customers, which means that we may have to request some items from suppliers. We include processing times for these items in our description section, but there can be delays during peak busy seasons. In the case of your order, we were notified that the supplier would not be able to get the item out in the original time frame they had specified and we issued a cancellation and refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show back on your card statement, depending on processing requirements. As your refund was processed on 12/14/17, you should see the funds in your account no later than 12/20/17.

Lost my book

"Somewhere between dropping off a rental at UPS and it arriving back to ecampus, the book was lost. They are charging me a lost book fee because I did my part to return the book. I even tried explaining the situation to customer service and just got a “sorry, but you’ll have to pay the fine.” "

As your account shows no record of the label having been printed or used, we have no way to locate the item without tracking information. Book hasn't shown up and useless canned response from customer service.

"I ordered a book on November 29th and received a confirmation email, should ship in 3-5 days. On December 5th I emailed customer service about the book not having been shipped, on the 6th they sent back a standard "we sell a lot of books, trying really hard to ship in 3-5 days". It's now been 10 and still no word as to why it hasn't shipped yet. Communication saves customers. Even if the news isn't good, let your customers know what's happening so they can make other arrangements if necessary."
