I'm sorry to hear that your ordering experience caused such frustration. In most cases, our site keeps our supplier and stock information up to date. On occasions, there can be delays or unknown back orders that can occur. Your order was one such scenario. In the case of your cancellation, your original order was cancelled due to the supplier no longer having stock and thus refunded. Though we updated the site and our records, it can take up to 24 hours for it to be fully removed. Your replaced order was done within a few hours of the cancellation. Unfortunately, the site had not fully updated to remove the listing by that time and was still listed as available. We have refunded the secondary order as well as the original and this should show on your original payment method within 3-5 business days from the cancellation. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that our change in stock has caused.
