"I Ordered an English book for my daughter. Paid for it, & was waiting for shipping confirmation. A couple days after I ordered I received an email that the book was on backorder. Ended up cancelling the order & buying it from the college bookstore. It seems the fact the book was out of stock should've been listed when I was trying to order it."

"I ordered 2 textbooks from ecampus. One was shipped within the 3 business days and my second textbook has not even arrived at the warehouse. It has been about 2 weeks since I have placed my order and my second textbook has still not shipped. It is a huge inconvenience for me because now I'm moving to college, and will have to take the 4 hour drive home to pick up my textbook whenever it arrives. I am disappointed in this. "
