The only thing I would change is: Sending the book in a box so I can send it back. Fortunately, I have a box from one of your competitors I will use when the end of the semester rolls around."

"I am having to buy my books for college myself. As you may know the books are the most expensive part of going to school. The school bookstore is just OUTRAGEOUS! I saved over $450.00 by buying my books from eCampus.com. I bought all my books new. Everything arrived in perfect condition. And best of all they all arrived within a week of me ordering the books. I called customer service about one of my books I had ordered and the person I spoke with was very well informed as to what I needed to know. They answered all my questions. Was able to use paypal to pay for everything and was able to use online coupons I had found and also was able to use my rewards points I had earned. eCampus.com will be the only place I order my school books from. Keep up the AWESOME job."
