"Ordered rental and it was supposed to be shipped between 3-5 days. On day 5, I spoke to agent and they said the book would be shipped that day and that they would expedite the shipping. The next day it had not been sent out yet so I contacted them again and another representative told me the book was not at the warehouse by the supplier and that it would take another 1-3 days before it would ship. I just cancelled my order. BAD! don't advertise rental books if you don't have it. "

"I love using eCampus since I know that my products will come quickly and will be in great condition. I've been using them my entire college career (2 years now) and I've never had a problem. Also the point system is great! I mainly buy my books used and being able to get coupons for buying books mean that an order for a book can be as little as $30 sometimes.
