Never again

"I ordered a book, paid $16.99 extra for 2 day shipping on a Wednesday, thinking they would ship Thursday and I would receive the book on Saturday. They shipped Thursday but I didn't receive the book until the following Tuesday. So I paid $16.99 for 2 day shipping for no reason and they wouldn't refund my shipping cost! I will never order another book from them again. "

Replacement book

"My purchase was to replace a high school textbook that my daughter lost. In turning the book in, she had to show proof of purchase so SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. This book was very inexpensive compared to other sites and alternatives. "

"They sold me an out of stock item... then they cancel stating "a fraudulent payment attempt???"... very unprofessional, never buy again from them... the item resulted out of stock when I checked again but they blame me in the cancellation"

Did not receive books

"I was given a tracking number but I was not able to track books because I kept getting the message "tracking not available." i contacted both the postal service and the seller and still have not received my order. Needless yo say, i missed my homework deadline because i have not received my books"

I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused. eCampus.com hosts the Marketplace as a 3rd party platform for private buyers and sellers to connect in an effort to save our customers money.
