"I was well pleased with the order, even though disappointed of the outage of Cadbury roses. The UPS delivery was less than desireable, they left the shipment outside on my heatpump in the weather and the package was completely water soaked. "English Tea Store offers very good products which are hard to find in the US for very good prices.
The shipping however leaves much to be desired. I have had broken jars in the past. When I complained they began wrapping the jars in 3 inches of bubble wrap, which is good, but last time aprox 1 foot square of bubble-wrapped products were loosely packed inside a 3 foot box, and rattled around alarmingly!"
