"i paid for shipping the first time and it took 2 weeks to get my order and my order arrived incorrectly. not sure why they ask you to upload a prescription if they dont even verify it before sending out! i uploaded the prescription and it changed my contact prescription from a + to a - and therefore they arrived 10 days later, incorrectly!! I now had to just pay again to order them because the exchange process takes 7-10 business days to work and i dont have that time to wait. i also paid for the 1 DAY! SHIPPING so i hope i get them asap - we shall see. "
