"On Jan 5th I ordered a pair of prescription glasses. They were supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days, but I got an email saying there was a delay with my order. They then shipped DHL with USPS handling the final delivery. The package was marked as pressed off to USPS on Jan 18th, but we're never delivered. I was traveling, so I couldn't make it into the past office until the 25th. USPS said they had only scanned in a bag from DHL and not my specific package and couldn't find my package. I had to fill out an affidavit and wait nearly a week for shipping to confirm the package just been lost. Then, they were supposed to redo my order and ship it within 5-7 days. After 10 days I emailed and was told they were still waiting to get my frames from the manufacturer. At that point I asked for a refund, which I was immediately given. Not entirely EZ Contacts fault, but still not a good experience. "
