I called the 800 number on the email and spoke with someone about a replacement solution. They found a suitable solution for me and expedited it out to me. It was the wrong item. They didn't have the 2nd item I ordered either.
Now I am stuck with a pair of frames I don't particularly like. I will not be ordering eyeglass frames again from them. I may order contacts because they've always done me solid on those orders.
