"Order was delayed. And delayed. Received messages it was cancelled. Logging in said it was cancelled. But then received messages it was in process.
Speaking with agent, I was told they were out of the materials I ordered. So substituted a lower quality of lens but for a higher cost. I requested to cancel and they refused.
I had to continue pressuring to refund. And finally after waiting for a review of my case it was refunded. Meanwhile. I didn’t three weeks wasting my time with your company. I could have had new glasses by then with out all the problems.
