The items arrive new and well packaged and should they not look right on your face the return policy is great as well. The only reason I buy from other sites is if I cannot find the pair I want on EZContacts. Otherwise, I always start here for a great price and piece of mind for an easy shopping experience. I have had to reach out to Customer Service before for a pair that was taking far longer to ship than anticipated and they sent me another color of the same pair right away without charging me the difference. I hadn't even gotten to a frustrated point and they made right by me, classic great customer service that seems to sadly be dying out in several retail environments.
