"I ordered a signed poster and received it today. The poster tube was crushed and there were folds in this artist-signed print. I tried to reach customer service and took three tries to get to a human. I was placed on hold multiple times during this phone call, and the only thing that I could do is either return the item for a refund or keep it. Given that no replacement was available, I will likely decide to keep it but will not order from this website again. Poor shipping and poor customer service. "

"I first contacted Fansedge regarding an order of 2 blocks of 50 hockey cards, one block came intact whilst the other block came in a damaged case. Melina Nicolaides answered my chat and responded in professional and polite manners in all regards. Since my case seemed to be an exception (replacing the plastic case the block of cards came in) I was happy to provide the necessary photos to support my plea and help Melina ask for a replacement on my behalf.
Days later, I got the replacement case that was unfortunately too small. I contacted Melina again first announcing my appreciation for her help and secondly my slight displeasure for receiving a case that was too small.
Every reply from Melina has been filled with answers and solutions to my problems, the most recent being a slight refund back to my card (not the 10% I was told I would get). I received a damaged product (not at the fault of the manufacturer) and Melina was stars above any representative I've ever spoken to about a product I was unhappy with.
If anyone ever has any issues with a shipped product, I hope you get to speak with Melina! "

"After winning a $100 prize through Dunkin Donuts, I purchased 2 items on the Fanatics.com website.One of the items didn't fit. I followed the instructions to return the item and waited patiently to receive my credit so I could select another item.
I received an email notification that my return was received and processed but my credit was for $2.27 instead of $79.99.
I was told by (Diana) support that $2.27 was all I was entitled to since I didn't pay for the item.
I was never told before or after the sale that the items were not returnable.
I was never told before sending the item back that it was not returnable.
As a last resort, I asked to have the returned item sent back to me, but was told I would have to pay for the item.
This makes no sense. They kept the value of the prize I won and kept the item I returned. I acted in good faith and Fantatics refuses to do what is right and issue me a store credit.
I called and spoke with a supervisor (Tantaleah). She said that if Fanatics had sent the wrong size, she could help me but since the item didn't fit me, it was my "mistake".
The only mistake I made was doing business with you. I won't make that mistake again.
I hope it was worth losing a customer and all of the people I will tell about the way you treated me.

"Donna was extremely helpful. I had ordered a signed Stefan Diggs poster for my boyfriend. I was so excited for him to get it, until it came; it was bent by Fed Ex right down the middle! I was very upset, and immediately contacted Fanatics. I had a very easy and smooth interaction with Fonna via email. She took care of everything very quickly, and I was able to get things resolved and a new poster shipped to me in 24 hours, with no charge, while allowing me 15 days to send the old bent one back. She was very professional and efficient, thanks Donna!"
